Nice lady...
They were second-call but arrived at the same time as the first tow truck. They were fast and polite, allowing me to get my personal stuff out of the cab of my totalled truck, and told me to come to their yard in the morning for the other 600lbs of stuff in the back of the truck. When I arrived my truck was still up on their flatbed. A very nice lady who identified herself as the half-owner quickly and expertly got my ¾ ton pickup down off their truck, and waited 30 minutes while I transfered my stuff to a friend's truck.
