Very thankful for A-1 Tire & Service helping us with a blowout on the side of the highway. Took great care of us! They had to take our tire back to the shop but was kind enough to grab us some waters and a bag of chips (we had our child with us) from the gas station since we were on the side of the road so long. It was very thoughtful! Reasonably priced and fair too! Only ones who could get that size tire for us.
Had new tires put on my truck and their crew forgot to tighten the lugnuts. One wheel lost all but 1 lugnut while driving. When their guys showed up for "roadside assistance" they just said "Oops".
