The owner of this business is incompetent and rude. He left tears and bubbles all over the rear windows. When I pointed it out to him, he said “ Some women are just never happy with anything !” What kind of person responds like that to a customer or a woman ? Take your business to someone who know what they are doing and appreciates you choosing their establishment. Don’t create a headache for yourself.

On July 15, 2025, I brought my Mercedes C300 to A 1 AUTOMOTIVE GROUP INC in Hallandale, Florida. From the very beginning, I specifically asked the staff if they had experience working with Mercedes vehicles, and I was assured that they had the qualifications and experience to carry out such repairs.
