poor workmanship We agreed on a plan to tile my front porch and raise the tile to make sure the water flowed away from the house, this was not done and when pointed out to A1 they aghred that they did not do as instructed. After many conversations in which they agreed to fix the problem they still have not done so after 2 years. If your job goes wrong don't count on them fixing it. No recommendation here.
ALL AROUND QUALITY We recently used A-1 Tile for our restaurant and they were great! You so seldom get it all, great service, quality installation, fair price and very friendly. I have already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.
Best Showroom and Staff in Hickory Excellent customer service by the showroom staff and everyone involved in the project. The installers were outstanding! I could not have been more pleased.By the way, they were the lowest of the three bids that I got.Highly recommend.
Poor Workmanship Showroom staff outstanding. Lay out of work and respect shown to customer by ownership was very poor. Would not recommend.
