I’m super impressed with the owner of this place, very simple and easy communication. Very responsive and that is just SO appreciated. The units are fairly priced, super easy to use. The unit was clean and is in just a super convenient location. If I move again I will be using this storage unit again. Great job!!

Been calling them for my refund, even my security deposit haven’t returned yet, I am waiting for them for couple months now, if they refund it would be fine

Toby was very good at setting up a storage locker and the process is very simple. Very good pricing too, and very close to most things in Mankato. Will definitely use this place again if I need to!

Rented from A-1 for 3 years. Great experience, replies same day to questions, concerns, and replaced the door seal quickly within 24 hours. Overall great experience and if a need a unit in the future I would rent from A-1 again.
