My PTAC unit was not working properly, and we had a technician from another company come and suggest that we replace the unit and give an estimate of $7k. We then called A1 Stop Shop, and Kevin came over to take a look at the unit. He was quite knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of the unit. He eventually found out the capacitor to be faulty and replaced it right away ($18 part cost). I am very satisfied with his services and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get the units fixed.

Our AC broke during a heat wave and A1 came super fast and had us fixed in less than 2 hours from the time I made the call. The service person was very professional and efficient. The bill was very reasonable and I cannot say enough about their great service. We’ve been using them for years to service our HVAC but this last call was truly exceptional!

I've had three companies here that told me my air conditioning was no good and I needed a new unit. The technician from A1 was amazing and fixed my current air conditioning for a few hundred dollars. Very honest and talented technician. He actually came here to give me a quote on a new air conditioner and was very honest about the condition of the old unit. Thanks A1.
