This place is great! Kept on getting bad starters from oreilly and autozone every few months.. they rebuilt my mitsubishi starter properly, and the cost was fair.. Eli was very professional, as I had a foot injury, helped me a out with the installation.. I will be taking my starter for my other mitsubishi to them..
This business has no idea of what they are selling, I asked for a refurbished alternator, the guy on the phone being rude, laughed and said they sell remanufactured not refurbished, that refurbished is for furniture.. obviously someone needs to educate then, what the real difference is between the two, here ill add all three... Refurbishing is a basic restoration, rebuilding involves replacing worn parts, and remanufacturing aims to return a product to its original specifications or even better, often with a longer warranty.... read more
Had my alternator tested at a local auto parts store and was told it was bad. Went to A-1 Starter and Alternator. Was told I would be called in a couple hours to let me know what the problem was. I was called within the 2 hours and told what the problem was. I asked them to repair the alternator and convert it to a 1 wire regulator. Was told it would take a few days to get my replacement parts. I was called 2 days later and told my alternator was repaired and ready for pick up.
