We had a dormant sprinkler zone that would flood our backyard if ever turned on. Unbeknownst to us, the patio that the previous homeowner had poured, was poured over this zone and had broken the line underneath. Randy was quickly able to diagnose the problem and also come up with a great, permanent workaround so the rest of our system works perfectly and never engages that damaged line. We just bought a house and we're referred to this company by a friend. We hired him to come make sure the system was in good working order and make some obvious repairs. He was on time and friendly but, After 2 months of extremely high water bills, I decided to do some investigating and found several heads broken under ground and a few with breaks further down, and heads watering the sidewalk. After spending $1700 we will have another company fix the whole system again. Do not use this guy
