I called with two issues with my stand alone hot tub. John provided prompt, knowledgeable advice and with his assistance both of my issues were resolved. John was courteous, honest and patient with me. This is my first hot tub not connected to a pool so it is new to me. I highly recommend John and I will use him for all my future needs. He has renewed my faith in customer service which, in my experience, is all but dead in many businesses. Thank you.
Great service, good price. Just save yourself a headache and time and contact A-1 Spa service. John came over same day and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He got the hot tub up and running even though it was holiday season. I will definitely contact him for next time.
John was a lifesaver! After trying to troubleshoot on my own why my newly installed hot tub wasn’t working and having zero luck, he was able to quickly identify the issue and get it working. He spent extra time answering my questions and making sure I knew how to operate it and maintain it! Highly recommend and will be using for any of my future hot tub repairs!
Came out quickly and had to order a part. After part arrived the issue was quickly repaired. Very reasonably priced.
