you schedule an appointment and had asked to be called because we wanted to physically be there and the company didn't even show up at the time scheduled, wasted an hour of my time, what was the point of scheduling appointments? BUT the client still get blamed and their excuse was "well it wasn't in my notes here and well I don't know who you talked to but she wasn't ...." , well thats not my problem.
