Took off half a day Thursday for my appointment was given a four hour window in which they would show up on the last hour. They called me and said they got hung up at another job and they would have to get to me the next day. I agreed they told me I would be first on the stop between eight and 11 at 10:45. DISHONEST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called them out to fix a clogged shower drain. The plumber stayed for 2 hours and when he left he said I was “good to go“. As soon as he left I went to test the shower and it backed up almost immediately which was the exact same as when I called in the first place. He clearly was lying or did not test the shower before he left. I was charged almost $600 for 2 hours and they fixed nothing whatsoever. Came to home, on time! Female plumber was insightful, knowledgeable and very helpful in removing old pipes. Did a magnificent job on pipes. Gave great pricing options for projects. I will be working with them on my projects. Any and all plumber work will be done thru this company.
