Place was 95 degrees! They got here quickly and solved my issues for $95. Didn’t need much and now I’m cool and happy as can be!
We had a toilet that was leaking. He had to pull it, replace the flange, and install a new wax ring. He was a good plumber and very friendly. But I did not expect (for <1 1/2 hours) over $350. I'll find a different plumber next time. I'm retired and on a limited budget. I wish the plumber would have warned me (once he found the problem) that it was going to cost so much to replace a flange and wax ring. I was expecting $200 maximum and the bill was a huge surprise.
