Excellent service and pleased with the job. Casey was great and explained everything in detail and was clear about the pricing. Tank hadn't been serviced in many years and was hard to find.
I was not very impressed with their service. The guy that performed the clean out was not very knowledgeable and was on the phone more than actually working. I was charged over double the original $325 clean out fee due to extra gallons. However, I was outside the whole time and was not made aware of how much was being pumped out nor was I ever told the cost of pumping out extra gallons. On top of that I helped dig out and find my septic lid which took no more than 15 min and I was charged for 30 min of dig work. And like I ... read more
I can’t say enough about this company. He went above and beyond to help up. We was new to the house. He helped us find the septic and gave us good advice. Even went out of his way and got us done while closed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Greg and your company..
