He explained everything to my husband and what to look for going forward if we continue to have issues. Fast forward to the next day, he called and checked on us to make sure we weren’t having more issues and if we had gotten ahold of the company he referred us to for further inspection. Thanks Randy! I called after hours and talked to the owner Randy. I thought my septic tank was full because I came home to basement full of you know what. I am not a previous customer but his willingness to help me diagnose the issue to the best of his ability over the phone made me a sure customer for life. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for an honest businessman to deal with.
