They worked hard and found the problem. They provided excellent service and their price was reasonable.
Knowledgable, friendly, thorough and considerate. I was in dire need of help and they responded promptly. Joseph made short work of a big mess while educating me about my septic system along the way. I felt the price for the work done to be reasonable. If you haven't had your septic system pumped or inspected and suspect you've got an issue I recommend giving this business a call.
I highly recommend A-1 Septic! They are prompt, professional, & kind! After days without power our septic seemed to be functioning properly. In the morning I heard the septic alarm & checked things out and I realized that our pump was not emptying the tank. I called A-1 septic & spoke with 1 receptionist who was very nice & tried to troubleshoot things with me over the phone and got me scheduled for the following afternoon.
