Stop raising price even if the rats get into there units
They could not lock my unit and not be available to unlock it! Grrrr 😡

We do rental storage at this facility. So efficient, helpful, and very cost-effective. What was most impressive, is they sold right to our needs, no up selling mumbo-jumbo, etc. One of those honest mom and pops. We will be consolidating our inventory from other storage companies to this centrally located facility starting June 1. Great staff!
HORRIBLE! They locked us out of our unit! We had automatic payment and this was not a $$ issue...they just mistook our unit with someone else's. Then, they couldn't come and unlock the unit for the whole weekend! When we asked for compensation, they said they'd give us $50.00 but never did!! Our final bill was paid in full on the credit card that I gave them last year...and the $50.00 credit was nowhere to be seen! BEWARE!

What a wonderful place, the staff is so efficient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit
