All My belongings have been stolen. The most valuable belongings were taken from my storage unit and I didn't even receive a common call common courtesy phone call letting me know that my unit was broken into, nor did they replace the lock at all
This place is an absolute joke. My unit was broken into the very first night. I was told the "cameras don't face the area" my unit is in, and " 5 other units were broken" into that night which seems to be what they tell everyone who has their unit broken into. I'm going to file with the BBB as well, because this place doesn't deserve anyone's business.
Please change the access hours to 6am-8pm
UPDATE: Our unit was broken into and over $20,000 worth of stuff was stolen. They have no cameras except on the office. They have no security guard. They told me that 5 others broken into the same night. I moved out of that place and into a different storage facility that has better security. This is probably one of the best storage units around. The hours are awesome. The only thing I don't like is that the lighting at night isn't the best but I can live with that. Everything else makes that easy to deal with.
