Gerren is easily the best part of A1 Self Storage—always helpful, professional, and great to work with. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. That said, pricing has increased significantly over time. I started around $85/month and am now paying $127/month—nearly a 50% jump in about five years, including multiple increases in the past year. With costs rising, I had to make a change. Great staff and facility, but the pricing became tough to justify.
Needed three units, Miguel was amazing. Process was smooth and easy. Units were in great shape and clean!
Miguel was a huge help, he helped me find the perfect lot for me and my family. I would definitely recommend him and this place for your storage needs!
