Was not given access code nor was it online. Had to take my U-Haul to my home overnight which cost me time, effort, and money (about $100 after gas and mile fees from U-Haul company added up) as I couldn’t access my unit and no one was available to give me the code until the next morning. I was offered a pathetic free lock as consolation instead of being comped 2 rental months to compensate me for the money I had lost due to their incompetence.
