I moved from one storage provider to A1 and am very happy with my choice. Pinky made the rental process simple. She was gracious with showing me several different units and efficient with the paperwork. The facility itself is much nicer than the last one - Very clean, no odd smells, and a restroom for tenants. Also, several convenient access points make it easier to find a dolly and elevator. The internet special was what first caught my eye. Glad I made the move.
The staff have always been helpful and considerate.
I have been going here for years and they have always treated me with warmth. I really like it here because it’s always clean, with bright lights, is secure, and smooth to go in. GRACE and PINKY are so competent in their jobs. They are so knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and friendly.
