My husband and I tried to go "RE"RENT a small storage unit, only to be questioned suspiciously about what we are storing, why we need storage, how long, to not wanting to give me prices on any available units climate or non.. Such a jerk, and when I asked why all the questions and not being helpful he said I don't know if you are homeless or not wanting to pay your bill to have us auction off your things for payment.. “Manager” was very rude. I drove into the lot knocked on the door no one answered which was fine. Then the “manager” came up and said something along the lines of “can’t you see manager on deck” pointing at a sign next to the door. I’ve never been there before and was just trying to get a quote but then when me and the manager step inside he asked why didn’t I just call instead of wasting gas this and that. Went to open a unit. Moving into a smaller home with not a lot of storage space. Just needed space for camping supplies, old documentation, holiday decorations, some bigger furniture. Felt like I was being investigating with the questions being asked. Had an attitude as soon as I walked through the door. Was questioning if that's really was I was storing in the unit, and if I could actually afford it. Decided to go somewhere else.
