Sent out 2 reps(one old and one young guy) by end of March to the restaurant verbally told us the service and system will be down, because no ones are working during covid and they left. Still being charged on April and May till dispute the transactions from bank account. Now call us and refuse all these radiculous actions they have done and want to charge for four months payment without the service. Where were you few month ago? It was really nice to actually deal with a real person and a local business. The installation was done in a timely manner and the people at A-1 were very knowledgeable about how I should protect my home. This in comparison to the other garbage sold nationally was very refreshing. They are getting all of my business from here on out.
Sales person was super friendly, but I never got a bid back from anyone. I reached out multiple times and just got the runaround,
I moved to a new residence and I could not be happier with my service with A-1 Security! It was a joy to work with the staff members that helped install the camera's in my home. The office manager Danielle was such a delight on the phone and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns I have in a polite and professional manner.
