I was recommended A-1 Security roofing when I lamented to a friend how hard it is to choose a trustworthy roofer. I didn't want to perform another exhausting search (I'd only just recovered from the horrors of the basement contractor 2 years ago). My friend had her roof done by them and was very happy with the job (she live on a ravine with lots of overhanging trees). Greg arrived on time, pleasant, and honest. Horrible customer service!!! I had a roof leak on a commercial property. This company said they would go take a look and send me a bid. A few days later I call back and they said they will put the numbers together and get them to me that day... THIS CLAIM WAS REPEATED FOR OVER THREE WEEKS!!! Now I don't even think they ever even went out to the property. Just lies and more lies. Horrible customer service and they will not follow through on anything DO NO USE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
