Had a rekey service on my two exterior doors. Guy (I already forgot his name, I'm sorry) was friendly, professional, and quick. Price was reasonable to me
Such an awful experience, I don’t know where to start. I don’t know whether that they came unprepared, changed their price, or the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with was the worst part of the experience? I’m happy to know that at least I didn’t choose them, AAA did. I reported them to AAA as well. AAA was shocked to hear that we were given multiple pricing and that their tech came out unprepared to do the job. a locksmith named moe came to my apartment, told me he couldnt open it and charged me $39. Absolute scam
Great service. Repaired out locks and gave very helpful advice to prolong the life of the locks with proper maintenance. Ray was super. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend this business.
