Damaged my front door frame while replacing the lock and then refused to take responsibility.
The replacement lock they installed was clearly cheap and flimsy, even though I paid for a premium one.
Quoted me $80 on the phone but charged $220 once the job was done. Felt completely scammed.
Called for an emergency lockout, they promised 20 minutes but showed up almost an hour later. Totally unacceptable for an ‘emergency’ service.
Technician seemed inexperienced — took forever to open the lock and still left it not working properly.
