Such an awful experience, I don’t know where to start. I don’t know whether that they came unprepared, changed their price, or the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with was the worst part of the experience? I’m happy to know that at least I didn’t choose them, AAA did. I reported them to AAA as well. AAA was shocked to hear that we were given multiple pricing and that their tech came out unprepared to do the job. Guy does not take burrs off when he cuts keys, that's why the keys don't work. They don't have a brush machine to smooth off burrs from the edges, they just squirt oil on it and say here ya go. Go somewhere else to get keys made cause they're too cheap to buy a small debuting machine to take off the hard edges. Pay more to go elsewhere because your keys won't work. Waste of time.
Excellent customer service. Isaac was very responsive and sent someone out quickly to replace locks and provide new keys for us. The price was very reasonable too!
Johnnie was so quick and efficient He explained what we needed. Took care of business. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and use them again. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. Just great customer service
