Absolutely not. Very disappointed. Third appointment to have a key made and programmed. Technician had to call someone else to locate a cable to complete the job. Technician advised the other person they were on speaker phone. Other person asked during the call, “Is the customer being a douche. If so charge him douche bag prices”. I had not said a word during the whole phone conversation. So I asked the technician, “Am I being a douche”? He replied, “No”. End of story for now. Key FOB still doesn’t work. Not only did Andrew solve our lock problem, he also loaned me his battery charger so I could make a few calls when I had truck problems.....ALL on an evening when Andrew’s family was expecting guests. I was so appreciative of all his help. 🙏

My girlfriend locked her keys and our two year old son in the van today. I called Security Lock Shop and in maybe 12 minutes the locksmith was there and the van was open. On top of that, the service was free because a child was in the car! This is true service to the community. Also, Andrew has helped me with many other jobs. He’s very skilled and knowledgeable with his service.
A huge shout out and thank you to Andrew and his staff @A-1 Security Lock Shop. The local dealer could not find the key code for my son's car, but Andrew had it done and a key made within minutes!
