Fantastic experience with A-1! I had a couple bad experiences with Roto-Rooter and was looking for another option when I heard A-1's radio ad. Scheduling was easy and quick, the technicians were polite and professional, and they're significantly cheaper than Roto-Rooter to boot. Only complaint is that I was told a number and it wasn't made clear until the technicians showed up that that number was only for the first hour and if they found a big problem that would take them longer the price would go up.
