We have used A1 Sewer several times. Unfortunately we have roots and after the latest time we were told to have it done annually. Kris has been out several times, he is professional and takes pride in his work!
We've had A-1 out to our house on numerous occasions now. Each technician we've come into contact with has been friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they even try to educate the homeowner while they are working. Would highly recommend A-1!
We were referred to A-1 Repair by our previous plumber, and we’re so glad we called them. Kris did an amazing job and worked incredibly hard to get all of our drains working again. At first, he thought the repair would require another visit the next day, but instead of giving up, he kept troubleshooting until he found a solution and got everything working as it should. Had an emergency septic backing up they were quick to respond the you man was courteous and professional, but we were told we had a root issue and I needed to get our septic pumped. No problem called septic service A1 charged me $150 and the Septic company charges now up to $500 problem is still have the issue. Called A1 back and stated got charged $150 for nothing other than you need the septic pumped. I SAID I Still have the issue. Can someone come out and make this right.
