Had a perimeter drain plugged on a Friday afternoon, and Kris showed up fast. Didn’t complain about having to move some things to get to the drain. Cleaned out the collection box, opened the drain, and educated me on how it all works. Thanks!

Fantastic experience with A-1! I had a couple bad experiences with Roto-Rooter and was looking for another option when I heard A-1's radio ad. Scheduling was easy and quick, the technicians were polite and professional, and they're significantly cheaper than Roto-Rooter to boot. Only complaint is that I was told a number and it wasn't made clear until the technicians showed up that that number was only for the first hour and if they found a big problem that would take them longer the price would go up. This company is absolutely AMAZING!!!! We had a MAJOR sewer line event and they came out and had the problem fixed within 30 mins and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs sewer service.
They came to do a main drain unclog they left and said everything was working fine but when I went to go clean out my shower where everything was being backed up into it was not draining. So I called them and let them know that it wasn’t complete so they came back out and charged me an additional service fee for coming back and said it wasn’t apart of the main drain issue which it was but they just wanted the extra money. Would not recommend.
