They are the most honest and dedicated service company I have ever had the opportunity and necessity of using.
Came in to check the drain on our new house when we discovered it flooded. A couple weeks later it flooded even worse and we found out thanks to another plumber there was still 50+ feet of roots that A-1 missed. A-1 certainly screwed up by not removing nearly as much as they should and due to their negligence our basement has flooded twice this month from them not properly clearing our drain when we wrongfully assumed they fixed our issue. Will never use Or recommend their services.
I called these guys to camera my sewer in my crawlspace and to possibly snake the system! Started out as a small 5 foot section of pipe that needed replaced and they talked me into jetting the system to descale it! It literally blew apart 40 feet of my main line and I have sewage all thru my crawlspace now and it’s gonna cost me $8000 to clean with no help from homeowners insurance and they said it’s not their responsibility and won’t do anything about it!

A-1 Sewer company!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to thank you guys for running an honest and trusting company for the greater Fort Wayne Area! I had a “big name” company come and quote me $10,000 for my main to be replaced, they had to come out twice as the first tech was not as experienced, 2nd team left and didn’t put my clean out cap back on. Chris from A1 came out as expected, heard my experience and went to work, not only is the flow restored he gave tips on how to help me PREVENT them from coming back out.
