Outstanding! Called them first thing Monday morning and they said they could have someone out near the end of the day. Kody called me about fifteen minutes before arriving and he arrived mid afternoon. He was knowledgable, helpful and kind while answering all of my questions and doing an excellent job of cleaning out my line. I live in an area with lots of trees and have used them before. The toilet has never flushed better. The guy was super professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would. Charged a reasonable price. I'm very happy.
I was referred to this company because of the long sewer line I have (160 feet). Two other companies only had 100 feet of cable, which wasn't getting to the problem and I was told I had a broken pipe. When I called A-1 and explained my dilemma, their response was to send one of their best people with an extra long cable & a camera.
