I've never written a poor review but felt that it is/was important to share this information with potential customers who may be in need of an urgent need for roofing repair. I wouldn't have even written this if they would have had the courtesy to return an email, text or voicemail. Sorry A-1. It was unacceptable.... Very friendly and courteous staff. Thorough roof cleaning, quick and efficient. Also, cleaned away all debris from roof and around the house.
A-1 Roofing removed the old roof (both layers), made sure all the roof penetrations were sealed (vent pipes, etc.) and put on a beautiful new roof. I appreciate their speed and professionalism. They cleaned everything up afterward. This is the second roof we have used A-1 for (two different houses) and we will use them again if we ever need a new roof.
