This company is completely mismanaged. Over the course of several months, they sent out four separate technicians to look at a leak we reported coming from the roof. Each time, they seemed completely uninformed of the severity, recency and even location of said leak, even after each one was given a detailed description, several pictures and videos. I want to thank the amazing staff at A-1 Roofing for the wonderful job they did replacing my roof today. Shout out to Alex, Donny, Manny and Christian. They went the extra mile. I first noticed a small crack in the ceiling and suspected a roof leak. Following my association’s recommendation, I hired A1 Roofing to address the issue. However, three days after the work was completed, I received no information about the cause, and the crack continued to grow. When I contacted A1 Roofing, I was told that details would be shared with the property manager within a week.
