Contractor was incredibly nice, quick, and efficient. I believe that this was an honest mistake but they took money out of my pocket instead of just sending the invoice to my homeowners warranty that contracted them. Weeks later, I have yet to receive a reimbursement because they have not been effectively communicating with my warranty agency. Update: 9/24/24 first major rain to hit sence the patch and it still leaks in the same spot.

I've had A-1 repair my 10 year old roof twice this month due to wind damage, and obviously some previous roofers who didn't do a great job. They've been a pleasure to work with. For both repairs they've been able to come out, get me a quote, and get the work done in a timely manner at an affordable price. Hopefully I won't be needing a roofer again anytime soon, but if/when I do I will definitely call A-1 again.
