Mike who also works with Zerox came with meter for water damaged. He refused to check vent at tub and tub, back door where all the water came flooded to back door. I had to insist on cutting 3" gap on sheetrock at back door to dry out with dehydrator. 1 dehydrated in the bathroom and 1 fan, 1 fan at back door. Day 2 gave his workers the wrong address to repair sheetrock and they wasted all day looking for the home.
