Rented a concrete grinder. They sent me with used bits that were almost wore out. The machine itself is over 30 tears old and does not work at all. I also had one from REIC in Laurel and you can see on the pictures how well the one from there did compared to A-1. I would never use them again.
Rented a floor polisher, they mistakenly told us the wrong rpm after we clearly explained what we needed. We rented it and it didn't work as it was not the RPM they told us. We took it back a few hours later they charged me $44 on a $176 7 day rental. They are also very snappy and not great to work with. Don't go here.
I always have a great experience at A-1. Their equipment works every time and the guys are helpful and friendly.
Three empty trailers sitting out front with nothing on them and will not rent for an hour.
Fast, good friendly staff, halp you mache the can, thank you for your service.
