Charlie helped me out with what part I needed. It was inexpensive and he had it in stock!! Recommend them for all of your AC and appliance parts
Efficient, but not honest. More like highway robbers. They took me for $150 for the installation of a $6 part that took 20 minutes to install and test. When confronted about the inflated repair cost, they tried to justify it, then tried to console me with a 10% refund. They did fix the washer, and it's still working (mainly because it's a quality appliance that I take good care of), but the cost of the repair far exceeded the actual cost of the part and labor.
I had a problem with my out side unit and I called another company. They quoted me $2500 to repair. I wanted another quote so I called A-1. They said my system was with saving and repIred it for less than $400. I have waited to write this review to see if the repair held up and seeing as it is now 18 months later and having gone through two summers, I think it is time to give A-1 the review it deserves. Great people to work with.
A-1 came out and looked at my 15 year old ac system and advised replacing. Their guy was professional, they discussed different options with me, They did not pressure me. I got another estimate from another company and they were so pushy and tried to sell me things i did not want. A1 was the best price and i even financed it with no interest. I will use them for now on.
I came home after a long Monday at work to find my freezer almost defrosted! Being an avid Coscto shopper, all I could think about was all my frozen meat thawing quickly. I called A-1 Reliable Services out of the Yellow Pages and they quickly dispatched James to the house.
