Has Al retired ?
Spencer heating came out and charged me $588 for a used part to repair my furnace and recommended a brand new one. Al Michaels with A-1 came out and said that I did not need a new furnace and that was two winters ago, and so far so good.
Our central AC had stopped working, so we called A-1 and Al came out the following day. After a thorough checking of our system (starting at the thermostat, then the furnace in the basement, and then finally AC unit outside the house) he quickly found the problem with our AC and fixed the problem and was on his way after only about 45 minutes! Quick appointment scheduled. Problem fixed within an hour! Al is very pleasant and will definitely call them the next time I need service. Oh and their rates are totally reasonable!
