VERY PROFESSIONAL!! We were about to close on a home and ran in a bump (literally at the 13th hour) of closing. We needed to find a roofer quickly to fix a discrepancy. Rich was there fast. He inspected the roof and it was horrible to where it wouldn’t pass home owner insurance coverage. He was very helpful in walking us through and answered all our questions to both seller and buyer.
