I would never recommend this company for a home inspection. Scott missed a basic inspection issue when he did the final inspection on my new home. The plumbing was in the way of the hose bib handle and I could not turn the water off and we were expecting freezing temperatures. I contacted Scott and his response was, "It's not my responsibility...you should read your inspection agreement..."
