I'd like to thank Brent at A1 Quality Glass who helped me out on Tuesday as I pulled in to his lot in a full blown panic when my sunroof shattered as I was driving, and it was raining. He pulled my car into his garage, ordered the part immediately (I think before I even had the claim) kept it till it could be fixed and even gave me a ride to work. It was fixed by Friday at 10 am!! These are our neighbors, friends and family, you don't have this in Chicago! Thanks to everyone for making a bad week turn around on a good note.
