This company is a scam. A technician came out to assist my 83-year-old friend, simply turned a valve, and charged him $250 for less than a minute of work....

Had an appointment for someone to come out Friday 11-3, called me to tell me they would be there maybe between 1-2. Ended up having to cancel on me and said I’d be first thing in the morning today between 9-11. Canceled on me again today. Must have like 2 people working there or something. Could get taught a lesson or two in customer service. I will be using a different company now, one that actually shows up when scheduled.

I am writing this long overdue review 2 years later because I still recommend A1 Pump Services for their 5-star service. We experienced a water main break, and our front yard was flooded with water. We had 4 companies come out and provide quotes. A1 was the most affordable option and did not try to upsell unnecessary bells and whistles like 2 of the other quotes. They were very thoughtful and professional overall, especially when entering the house and working in the basement. They had to dig up some of the front yard to fix... read more
