Good luck getting a decent deposit back from A1 Property Management. We cleaned our apt using their checklist and did a great job only to have the cleaning lady say that she spent over 5 hrs cleaning it at \$15 per hour. I seriously used a toothbrush on the toilet like the cleaning lady said to. On top of that they dont seem to understand what wear and tear is on an apartment and will charge you for ridiculous things like replacing their old plastic blinds that wont open and close anymore. They have much better attitudes and are much more helpful there, I completely reccomend them over Preffered property
