My last few months here in this rental was not the best and it really saddened me that I had to leave my apartment abruptly , but I can honestly say that when I was in a transition in my life, these people gave me so much grace and they also offered me my entire deposit back so I do appreciate their kindness. They have very nice well maintained properties and I hope that I gave a good impression on how well I maintain their rental throughout my tenancy.
I had an amazing time living in their property, it was a great home and the landlord is equally amazing! They're very personable and any issues I had was quickly solved, they're trustworthy and made sure things were clean!
I would highly recommend this company and landlord! They are so understanding, personable, clean, trustworthy and very quick to help when needed. I only had maybe one or two issues with anything while living here for almost two years and they were both typical issues that will pop up when living anywhere for a bit! They truly are the best!
Everyone involved at A-1 Properties have always been kind, courteous, and extremely professional. We have lived in our apartment going on 4 years and can't imagine living anywhere else! They truly make us feel like family and that our living situation/conditions matter. I highly suggest to anyone looking for a place, check them out. They are landlords who care!
