Company and crew should be avoided..BEWARE. They told me verbally they were to do work..I was told oh yes we will be here all day we will get to that...NEVER DID WHAT WAS PROMISED.I COULDN'T STAND BY AND WATCH THEM ...BUT YOU BETTER.DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD....Bad tree company.

I’ve got to say that this company did a SUPERB job at removing a large tree that had fallen on our fence. The crew showed up ready to work, and how they worked! They were friendly and extremely efficient, moving in sync through the whole process of retrieval, chopping, and removal. Their equipment was not so large as to tear up my lawn or any of my landscaping, and they maneuvered the equipment with military precision and care. The crew was teamwork at its very finest. I am glad I didn't listen to these reviews for A-1. After calling multiple services A-1 was the only service that showed up for a free estimate. I had a large job 40+ trees and within 48 hours they were onsite and done, this company brings the heavy equipment and did an EXCELLENT job. They chipped all the trees onsite, ground all stumps, and were very careful to not damage my fence which had 2 trees leaning over it that were down from wind. I will be using them again for cleaning out my property line, highly recommend them.

Good News: Jim knows his trees, and I found his knowledge impressive, and his assessments spot on. He gave me a quote promptly after my initial call, and they were ready to move that weekend. John the climber was astonishing as he moved through the branches section by section, taking down two extremely tall trees, clipping low hanging branches from another, and taking a side out of another tree that was growing wrong.
