They are my heros! Very quick and effective response. Also, the paperwork was carefully done, both during the restoration process and afterwards. I can't say enough to express my gratitude for their competence and kindness to us during a terrible episode.
A-1 pro has been the absolute best company to work with after a water damage loss in our bathroom! We had another company originally come in to dry out the property to prevent mold and after they failed to fully dry it out, 3 weeks later we were at risk for mold growth in our walls. I spoke with Isaac and his boss jess who were very professional and came out immediately to finish the job and remove the drywall that had sat wet to avoid any further damage. I can’t say enough about A1-Pro Restoration, after my pipes froze and burst they were the first company (I was on three lists - ServePro, Service Master and A1-pro) they responded first to help me. Isaac was the ultimate professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. Even the insurance agent (Travelers) was impressed with the work they’d done. I would highly recommend A-1 Pro for any disaster restoration you need help with!
Jason Gonzales at A-1 Pro Disaster is simply amazing!!!!!! We had an air conditioner NOT installed properly. We had major water damage to the master bedroom and family room. Jason was at my house with 2 hours of me calling. They stayed all day until they had it uncontrolled. Came everyday to check on the damages .
