Great pricing, great result. Very thorough explanation of the process and explained all of his services from a basic wash to a full siding restoration and seal. Could not recommend A1 Powerwash enough!
Ed did a great job powerwashing our home prior to selling it. It looks amazing and the house went under contract in just 3 days. Very reasonable price with a big payback! Fast, efficient, effective.
I have A-1 power wash the house every other year. In the past, I would wash it myself but that involved climbing ladders, using wand extensions, etc. due to the height of the side of the house. I decided this wasn’t the safest so I contacted A-1. Their work exceeds what I was able to do and I feel it’s more than that the cost. I will continue to use them for as long as I own my house due to their responsiveness and excellent work.
They did a great job making my house look like new! No more mold and mildew especially the front porch; railings; sidewalks and sections of siding. The gutters were almost black in places and now they are back to their original tan color. Thank you A-1 Powerwash for a job very well done!

What really stood out was the owner personally coming back to check the job and make sure everything was up to standard. That level of care and attention to detail is rare. Highly recommend!
