I went in on a mission to get a Stihl weed wacker, however was open to advice. The salesman was very helpful in helping me pick out the right trimmer after describing my yard and how I would use the weed wacker. He showed me how to use the choke and throttle on it and gave me advice on the gas/oil ratio in order to extend the life. Very polite and respectful, my wife and I had a great experience here.
