Absolutely horrible experience! It’s been a nightmare from the day the brand new Ironcraft bushhog batwing mower was purchased. They did not go through it, there was no oil in the front gearbox, it ran for 45 seconds and it sounded like it was going to come apart squealing. We are only 2 and half hours from the dealership and they wouldn’t come pick it up. So we had to take it to a dealer to get it fixed, still wasn’t fixed. Then we got it back and another part failed.
