These guys did fantastic work on an emergency toilet/shower repair. Going above and beyond on fixing flooding issues, as well as quality problems with the existing equipment. Everything came out very clean and looked like it was brand new. Thanks yo Torres for all your hard work.

One of their drivers rolled back into my car and then drove a mile before pulling aside and claiming he didn’t speak English. There wasn’t a significant amount of damage since I have a brush guard but after I said it was fine the driver knew how to speak English after that. Driver could’ve been drunk should definitely lose their job.

I called last Friday to get someone to pump out the water from our well and they said they would be there before the end of the day. No show. I called again on Saturday and I was promised the same. No show. Horrible client experience! How are you doing today tell someone you'll be there and not even bother to call to say you can't make it? And not once, but twice! Completely disappointed, would not recommend as they apparently can't keep an appointment, I would hate to see how they actually perform if they were to come.
