I have known Mike short owner of a 1 painting for many years. He has done all of my rental properties from painting to plumbing to siding anything you need done he can do. You dont find to many people that fix all of your problems including electrical. He also gives you a honest opinion at a reasonable price. He gut a kitchen.for me and bathroom recently at a rental property turned out fabulous from new tub to sinks counter tops electrical relocated and changed electric to gas stove. Mike and Sean were great! Professional, personable, courteous and quick! They completed interior painting for an upstairs, stairway and downstairs (including kitchen) for me and I would certainly use them again. Mike was great at communicating with me and working around my baby and 3 large dogs to get the job done. It was also lovely that he handled getting all the paint, I just had to pick my color out at Sherwin Williams!
I’ve had nothing but good experience is dealing with A1. I have no complaints today’s times. It’s hard to find a good legitimate business that’s on time and has great work and very reasonable Michael Short I believe is the owner. He is an awesome young man who really seems to listen when you want something done. I would refer them always.
Mike, the owner of A1 Painting, is extremely genuine, fair-priced, and knowledgeable. He’s completed multiple projects for us, including getting our home ready to sell. He did a full walk-through, clearly identified what needed attention and what didn’t (well beyond just painting) , and ultimately saved us a ton of money by being honest and practical. We’ve used A-1 Painting on several projects, including painting, repairing and replacing outdoor steps, adding garage doors and openers, installing a disposal — even cement work! They’ve been reliable and efficient on every job. The team always shows up on time, communicates well, and makes sure the work is done right.
