Honest and Fair – Thank you A-1 for reimbursing us for your services that should have been under warranty. We were surprised at the fact that you voluntarily sent us a refund check for the bill we paid. That's definitely going "above and beyond". We greatly appreciate your fairness and will definitely call you again for garage door service.
Garage Door Repair – I would highly recommend this company. First of all, they answer their phone when you call unlike other companies. They were polite and prompt in scheduling their service. I was going to get a whole new motor but the service person said that he could repair it at half the price of what a new motor would cost. He also adjusted the door so it would not strain the gears. I am sold on A-1 Overhead Doors!
