I had my catalytic converter replaced here after it was stolen and they appeared to be under new ownership. No big deal, except there were exhaust leaks around their poor welds, which just because they don't check in Washington anymore doesn't make it legal to have leaks around an emissions device. Not only louder than before but you can even get exhaust gasses in the cabin which is unsafe. Very poor quality work. I had to have it redone by a competent shop. Can't recommend this shop.

Old owner Wayne was great but he just retired and sold the business. I made an appointment to have some work done a few weeks ago and when I showed up, the new owner told me sorry, too busy despite having the appointment. I took a day off of work and had he called me to let me know prior to wasting my time that would’ve been nice. I asked why he didn’t let me know and he said the old owner took the appointment calender with him which is totally untrue. I could see it on the counter behind him. They did a great job in my honda CRV, they don't mess around and get the job done in a good price
Priced high, charged new parts they didn't buy. After completing the job, they didn't install back the intake hose to the engine properly and caused it fell off, engine stopped. Spent lots time and money to found the issue. Very disappoint and bad experience.
