Bought my Nissan 2012 Juke in late November. It’s been in a Nissan Dealer in need of major repairs since February 7. We tried to work with A-1 on this situation but escalated it to Nissan Consumer Affairs and the Illinois Attorney General after no response. I work from home or travel via planes for work so this car has had limited road time since purchasing. Both breakdowns were on major highways and police said my life was in jeopardy. Thanks A1 for a satisfying used car purchase experience. After a fair and professional negotiation I purchased a car on Friday, Aug 3. That night one headlight/turn signal failed. I came back the next morning at open - no appointment. Without hesitation they fixed that and one other item that WAS supposed to be my expense for no charge - while I waited.
