The owner Karen is nice to work with on your storage units, but there's one lady that works the office that is rude to not only the person who is renting the unit but to the ones that are helping you. She is in everyone's business yours and everyone helping. She says stuff that's not true to other renters about the people renting even when they don't know each other.
