Made a reservation for a U-Haul van online. It was very easy and Karen walked us thru on how to return it when we picked it up. She made the process very easy! She was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Recommend this location if you need a U-Haul and the location was pretty easy to get to as well.

Do not rent from these thieves. I paid for my storage until the end of this month. I had my stuff out little early and was calling them on the last day to let them know that I was done renting. Well the the worker emailed me today to say "oh I see that you have moved out." I said ok and I was going to sweep it out and call them at the end of the month. the storage is great been with them for 10 years... but after the new owner took over changed name was like 4 years ago been increased 4th time since new owner took over , kinda very disapointment ....
